Come, stop, go. It seems so simple, yet what we discovered is how easily we invest all kinds of judgements and emotional charge into the exercise. “Go” in particular can feel like a rejection… or is it a release, or an invitation to launch out? It provides a metaphor too for the whole process of a relationship with students.
